Do you ever feel like some people can eat four times as much as you and not gain weight? With serving sizes growing across the planet, what is “normal”? And what is that like for a smaller person? You will meet two petite women, each one under five feet tall, who have lost all of their excess weight while eating normal foods, including fast food, and have kept that weight off for many years. They will give clear examples of what their portion sizes look like and how they have been able to learn be completely content with the amount of food God has allotted for them.
