Reading from 1 John 3, Elizabeth clearly points out what it means to be a child of God. There are two types of people, those who base every word, action, thought, and motive on God Above, and those who base every word, action, thought, and motive on selfish desire and praise of man. A true child of God, a true member of God’s Royal Priesthood, is selfless, looking to the needs of others, humble, and grateful…living only to hear God say, “Well done, good and faithful servant.” God is the Alpha Lion guiding and protecting all of us, and we are to follow Him in all circumstances, whether joyful or difficult. You can make the choice: be a child of God…or a child of the devil. First John 3:7 is clear, do not let anyone lead you astray. Let’s put God, Christ, and others before ourselves today and move forward in love, spreading light around the globe, united under God Almighty!
